1. Agreement and scope
These Terms govern access to OrbitalSN websites, planned launch-intelligence and community features, Projects, mission-planning features, public records, member workspaces, and related services.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter this agreement and may not use the service where prohibited. You are responsible for accurate account and organization information, protecting credentials and wallets, and activity under your account. A moniker does not permit impersonation, false affiliation, or avoidance of identity, organization, safety, or compliance checks. Tell us promptly if you believe an account or connected wallet is compromised.
3. Projects and participation
A Project card is a planning and collaboration record. Its objective, lifecycle stage, budget estimate, funding goal, launch path, schedule, participants, outputs, and regulatory status may change or prove infeasible. Creating, publishing, following, or joining a Project does not collect money, book a launch, order hardware or data, establish employment, form a partnership or fiduciary relationship, or guarantee selection, attribution, publication, launch, mission success, a data product, or a delivery date.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use OrbitalSN to violate law or third-party rights; target or track an identifiable person; facilitate violence, stalking, harassment, evasion, or unlawful surveillance; interfere with systems; impersonate a person, organization, or source; misrepresent data, imagery, outcomes, affiliations, or provenance; coordinate market manipulation or undisclosed promotion; bypass access controls; or request prohibited controlled data. Do not place classified, export-controlled, trade-secret, highly sensitive personal, or other restricted information in community, launch-research, or AI-assisted features unless OrbitalSN expressly approves a separate protected workflow. We may suspend review or access while investigating risk.
